5+ years of experience in FinTech or Crypto project delivery
Solid understanding of financial systems: core banking, wallets, KYT
Fluency in API-driven design, system interoperability, and modular platform delivery
Proficiency in PM tools: Jira, Confluence/Notion, GitHub Projects, Gantt or OKR planning systems
Strong communication and reporting skills - internal and client-facing
